New York, NY - booking desk - Eastern Time
New York Airport Transfer Booking, Check Availability and Request a Free Quote
We take reservations for rides between the five boroughs and the three airports that serve the region, and we hand each confirmed booking to a licensed operator who carries it out. One desk, one phone number, and a price you hear before anything is held.
Luxury Travel Films is an independent booking desk. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any air carrier, airport operator, government body or other third party brand, and we say so here rather than in small print at the bottom of the page.
Every run starts the same way. You tell us the direction, the airport, the date and the pickup time. We check availability with the operators covering that corner of the region at that hour, come back with what is open and what the ride starts at, and hold nothing until you say the word.
The desk answers on +1 (646) 559-3082. Booking requests are answered Monday to Friday from 6:30 am to 8:30 pm and Saturday from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, Eastern Time. We are closed on Sunday and answer Sunday requests on Monday morning.
01How a booking moves through the desk
- 01
Send the run
Give us the direction, the airport, the date, the pickup time and how many people and bags are travelling. The form takes about a minute and asks for nothing we do not need.
- 02
We check availability
We check availability with the operators who cover that corner of the region at that hour, and we come back with what is open and what the run starts at.
- 03
You confirm by phone or email
Nothing is held until you say yes. When you do, we send the pickup time, the meeting point and the number to call on the day.
- 04
The operator runs it
A licensed operator carries out the ride. We stay on the request until the pickup happens, and if the flight number you gave us moves, we move the pickup time with it.
02What a run costs before anything is added
Prices below are the floor for a one way ride between Manhattan and each airport. They are a starting point for a conversation, not a total, and the page on what moves the price lists everything that can sit on top of them.
| Airport | Executive sedan | Executive SUV | Sprinter van |
|---|---|---|---|
| John F. Kennedy International AirportJFK | $95 | $135 | $195 |
| LaGuardia AirportLGA | $75 | $110 | $165 |
| Newark Liberty International AirportEWR | $105 | $145 | $205 |
Tolls, waiting time beyond the free window, an extra stop, an oversized case and a late night pickup all change the number. We would rather tell you that here than surprise you on the day. Ask for a free quote and you get the whole figure, itemised, before you decide.
03The three classes operators run for us
Executive sedan
3 seated, 3 checked bags
The default for one or two people with normal luggage. If the third seat is taken the boot is usually the limit, so a third passenger with a large case is a reason to move up a class.
Executive SUV
6 seated, 6 checked bags
The class most often booked for a family or a small crew. Roof height helps with tall cases, and the rear row folds when bags win over seats.
Sprinter van
11 seated, gear alongside
Booked when the party and the freight travel together: a unit moving cases, a family with a pushchair and skis, a group that does not want to split across two cars.
Which one you need is usually settled by the bags rather than the people. If you are not sure, say what you are carrying in the booking form and we will tell you which class fits.

04Where the name comes from
The desk began inside a small production services outfit that moved crews and their cases around New York and out to the airports at hours nobody else wanted. The car side outgrew everything around it and was incorporated on its own in 2021, keeping the name it was already known by.
That is still the specialty. A unit landing at midnight with sixteen cases is a different booking from two people with two suitcases, and the crew and equipment page explains how we handle it. The rest of the work is ordinary: families, couples, people flying for a meeting, people who would rather not drag a case down subway stairs.
05The zone we book
Five boroughs, plus the runs into and out of the three airports. We do not book rides in cities where we have no operators, and we say so rather than take a reservation we cannot pass on. The service areas page draws the line precisely.

06Questions people ask before booking
Fifteen questions, answered plainly
Flight delays, meeting points, waiting time, car seats, what happens if a driver does not appear.
Changing or cancelling
The notice we need, what happens inside it, and what we do when a flight is the reason.
Which class fits
Seats against bags, and the case where a third passenger means a bigger car.
Who you are calling
The company behind the desk, its address, and who answers the phone.
07Make a booking or speak to a specialist
Send the run through the booking form and we answer with available dates and a price. If it is easier to talk it through, call +1 (646) 559-3082 inside the hours above and speak to a specialist at the desk. The form asks for a flight number when there is one, because it lets us watch the arrival and move the pickup time when the aircraft does.
