Every field we hold, why it exists and when it goes
Updated 5 August 2026. This policy is written as an inventory rather than as a treatise, because an inventory is the thing you can actually check.
01The one paragraph version
We collect what you type into a form and nothing else. There is no analytics script on this site, no advertising pixel, no tracking cookie and no third party code of any kind. One entry in your own browser remembers that you dismissed the notice card. Everything else is an email that arrives on a desk.
02The inventory
Each row is a thing we hold, why we hold it, and when it stops existing.

Twenty four months is not arbitrary. It is roughly how long a question about an old booking keeps arriving, and it matches the period our own accounting records have to cover.
03What we never ask for
No card number. No bank details. No passport or identity document. No date of birth. No address history. No account, no password, no login. There is no payment field anywhere on this site and none is planned.
If any message claiming to come from this desk asks you for a card number, it did not come from this desk. Telephone +1 (646) 559-3082 and tell us, and do not reply to it.
04Who sees it
- The desk. Luxury Travel Films Reservations LLC in New York. In practice that is a very small number of people.
- The operator who runs your ride. They get what a driver needs: name, telephone number, both ends of the run, the time, the vehicle class, the bag count and any note that affects the vehicle. They do not get your email correspondence.
- Our email provider, because the form arrives as an email and email has to live somewhere.
- Nobody else. We do not sell data, we do not share it for advertising, and we run no advertising technology on this website.
05What sits in your browser
One entry, `ltf_notice_2026`, which records that you closed the notice card so it does not reappear on every page. It is set by this site, it holds one short word, and clearing your browser storage removes it.
There are no cookies used for analytics, personalisation or advertising, because there is no analytics, personalisation or advertising on this site. That is why the notice card offers a real choice and then does nothing differently either way: there is nothing behind the switch.
06Legal basis, for the people who need it named
If you are in a place where that phrase matters, we handle booking details because they are necessary to perform the service you asked for, and we keep records afterwards because we have a legitimate interest in being able to answer a question about an old booking and a legal interest in keeping accounts. We do not process this data for marketing and we send no marketing email.
07Your rights, and how to use them
You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to records@luxurytravelfilms.com from the address you used to book, or call +1 (646) 559-3082 and we will tell you what to send.
We answer inside 30 days and usually inside two working days, because there is not very much to look through. There is no charge. If a deletion request arrives for a booking that has not happened yet, we will tell you plainly that deleting it cancels the ride.
08Children
This is a booking service for adults. We do not knowingly collect data about anybody under 16, beyond the age of a child travelling with you if you tell us so that the right seat is fitted. That note is deleted with the rest of the booking record.
09Security, described honestly
The site is served over HTTPS. Form submissions travel over an encrypted connection to an email provider and arrive as mail. Access to that mail is limited to the desk.
We are not going to describe this as impenetrable, because no email inbox is. What we can say is that the most damaging things are not there to steal: no card numbers, no identity documents and no passwords exist in our records at all.
10When this policy changes
The date at the top changes with it, and material changes are described in a line here rather than slipped in. This version, 5 August 2026, is the first published version for this site.
